内蒙古正镶白旗都比稀有金属花岗岩体的形成时代及其找矿意义

摘要: 为了研究内蒙古正镶白旗花岗岩型稀有金属矿床的成矿时代,对该旗境内首次发现的都比稀有金属花岗岩体进行了岩石学与LA-ICP-MS锆石U-Pb年代学研究。都比稀有金属花岗岩体中肉红色斑状中细粒碱长花岗岩的锆石206Pb/238U加权平均年龄为(131±2) Ma,表明该岩体的成岩成矿时代为早白垩世。结合区域稀有金属花岗岩以及研究区外围花岗岩体的地质地球化学特点,笔者认为燕山晚期早白垩世是内蒙古中-东部地区花岗岩型稀有金属矿化的重要成矿期,正镶白旗具有很好的稀有金属矿找矿前景;早白垩世呈小岩株产出的花岗岩体,具Rb、Nb、Ta、U、Th、Y等不相容元素明显富集和高分异的特征时,其形成花岗岩型稀有金属矿的潜力较大。

Geochronology of Doubi rare-metal granites and their prospecting significance in Zhengxiangbai Banner, Inner Mongolia

Abstract: In order to constrain the metallogenic epoch of granite type rare-metal deposits in Zhengxiangbai Banner of Inner Mongolia, the petrology and LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb geochronology of Doubi rare-metal granite intrusion, which was discovered in the Banner for the first time, were investigated. The red porphyritic, fine-medium grained alkali-feldspar granite from the intrusion yielded a weighted average 206Pb/238U age of (131±2)Ma, showing that the petrogenetic and metallogenic time of the intrusion was Early Cretaceous. Combined with the geological and geochemical characteristics of regionally distributed rare-metal granites and granite intrusions occurred outside the study area, the authors suggest that Early Cretaceous of Late Yanshanian is an important metallogenic period of granite type rare-metal mineralization from the central to eastern Inner Mongolia, and Zhengxiangbai Banner would be promising for prospecting rare-metal deposits. The Early Cretaceous granite intrusions occurred as small stocks would have great potentials for the granite type rare-metal deposit if they are enriched in incompatible metals such as Rb, Nb, Ta, U, Th, and Y, and with high fractionation.
