Separation of blended source seismic data based on IDW method

Abstract��

To separate the blended seismic data into single shot seismic data, a method using iterative separation based on IDW(Inverse Distance Weight)is proposed, which suppresses the noise of pseudo-separated data in non-common-shot domain.The data is then transformed into the common shot domain to get the separated single shot seismic data.The method is proven to be able to separate the blended data more effectively by the processing results of simulated data and actual data.Compared with using multi-level median filtering method alone, more effective information can be preserved by this method.
