Abstract

Based on finite volume method, the IFCD, an in-situ mining technology with high degree of research in China was numerically simulated. The errors in cause and mechanism of measurement system were analyzed, and the extent of impact and the change law were emphatically evaluated. The research shows that the distribution of local temperature field was interfered with the difference of physical properties of different materials, which caused the measured value deviate significantly from the true value, and the deviation was controlled by heating time and heat source separation distance. The average relative error of the simulation process was 3.15%, and the maximum relative error could be up to 15%. The temperature measurement error firstly increased and then fell off with the extension of heat-up time, whereas it showed the opposite trend as the distance between the heat source increased.
