Abstract

The plane wave decomposition filter is used to calculate the temporal-spatial varying local dip angles of seismic events to solve the problems of seismic residual static correction caused by inaccurate measurement of field surface parameters. The relationship between the local dip angles and the temporal-spatial prediction of seismic events is used to calculate the values of the residual static correction. The shaping regularization constraint with constant time dip angles is added in the process of solving the local plane wave equation for the residual static correction calculation to ensure the accuracy of the residual static correction method. The results show that the residual static correction method based on seismic event prediction can effectively deal with the residual static correction problem in the CMP trace gather. Meanwhile, the proposed method has the anti-noise property to some extent, which provides applicability for the field data processing.
