Abstract

In order to study the basic information of turfy soil wetland, and to obtain its distribution characteristics, the authors chose the turfy soil wetland in eastern Jilin Province as the research site. The difference of detection results under three devices are compared using high-density resistivity method, and then compared with the known data of the trench. It shows that Winner-Schellenberg device is the most reasonable and most reliable device. This device was subsequently used in other turfy soil areas to obtain the resistance of turfy soil and its distribution. The apparent resistivity of peat soil is 50~300 ·m at depths of 1.2~3.9 m. In the inversion images, the turfy soil is characterized by low resistance, with obvious layers and electricity boundary.
