Abstract��

Pengboshan area locates in the eastern Tianshan- -Yinshan structural belt��belonging to the Tian- shuijing- - Wuzhuergashun- - Yagan metallogenic belt�� The gold mineralization in the area is strong and single in type�� 66 uni- element abnormities was delineated on the basis of the soil geochemistry survey data of the studied area�� 4 multi- element anomaly was delineated in accordance with the results of the clustering analysis of each element and the overlap situation among multi- element anomalies�� Considering the characters of soil geochemistry anomaly��lo- cations of soil geochemical assemblage anomalies and relationship of anomaly with geological bodies and ore- veins�� we have delineated and verified 3 prospecting target zones and have achieved an excellent ore prospecting effect��
