Seismic interferometry in parabolic ��adon domain

Abstract��

When seismic interferometry is applied to incomplete data��the missing part will cause spurious events in virtual source gather�� In order to suppress these spurious events��the authors combine the parabolic ��adon transform with seismic interferometry��and apply seismic interferometry in parabolic ��adon domain�� The effective- ness of seismic interference technique of parabolic ��adon transform has been verified through numerical simulation�� and the authors apply this method to incomplete data�� The results show that the parabolic ��adon domain seismic in- terferometry can reduce the spurious events and suppress the effect of the missing part of data�� The virtual source gathers obtained by parabolic ��adon domain seismic interferometry can also be improved��
