Abstract

Based on observations of transmission light and fluoroscope as well as on measuring of homogeniza- tion temperature of fluid inclusionsthe characteristics of fluid inclusions and hydrocarbon accumulation phases of the Lower Paleozoic carbonate reservoir in Nanpu Depression are discussed The results indicate that the fluid inclu- sions are relatively abundant with zonal distribution along the healed fracture in carbonate veins of Nanpu Depres- sion Organic inclusions present yellowish white and blue- white fluorescentswhich indicates a higher maturity of oil and gas in this area Homogenization temperatures measured in aqueous inclusions associated with hydrocarbon ones show a bimodal distribution with 70 80 and 130 140 as double peaks Combined with burial his- tory and thermal evolution historythe Lower Paleozoic carbonate reservoirs in Nanpu Depression experienced two hydrocarbon accumulation phasescorresponding to 25 22 Ma (from the late Dongying stage to the early Guantao stage) and 8 5 Ma (the middle minghuazhen stage)
