Abstract

According to the principle of wavelet transformwe study the applications and effects of wavelet threshold de-noising method and potential field separation method in real gravity data The experiments of the multi- ple rectangular models show that: selecting appropriate wavelet bases and wavelet parameters contribute to extract useful information in gravity anomaly and the following application of the measured gravity data The results of the measured Bouguer gravity data processing show that: the de-noising method based on wavelet transform and poten- tial field method can efficiently remove random noisedistinguish the local anomalies and regional anomalies and improve the accuracy of the data processing and interpretation
