Abstract

In connection with the characteristics of high-resolution in gravity gradientwe used the data of measured vertical gravity gradient in Changbai Mountain area to inverse its deep structure by using gradient space plot The step models prove that the gradient space plots can give the information of the structural dip and pour surface Combined with gravity gradient profilewe can build a geometric model of the subsurface structureand then explaine some of the complex structure Based on the measured Bouguer gravity anomaly and the measured gravity gradient anomaly contrastthe gravity gradient has higher resolution than gravity anomaly When the gradient method is applied in the measured gravity gradient data processingthe results show that the method to determine the density changes in the level of the interface position and depth has good effect
