Abstract

The authors analyzed the relationship between gold mine and geological conditions including strata, magmatic rocks, structure, etc. and identified the control action of various geological conditions to gold mine base on previous research results and taking the gold mine in Baishan area of Jilin as the prediction mine type and the gold deposit as the target. At the same time, the sythetic information ore-prospecting of gold mine has been forecasted in this area by geological, geochemical and geophysical data, and the authors have established the sythetic information ore-prospecting model in Baishan area of Jilin with Middle Proterozoic strata as the main ore-forming strata, the NE and NW trending faults as the main ore-controlling structures, and the aeromagnetic interp retation circular structure and gravity high background field as the main ore-forming signs with geochemical elements demonstrate three types of combination anomaly.
