摘要:
对内蒙古中东部东乌珠穆沁旗宝力格苏木和阿巴嘎旗乌兰敖包宝力高庙组地层剖面上含植物化石层段中的凝灰岩开展了锆石U--Pb 年代学研究。利用LA--ICP--MS 方法,获得东乌旗宝力格苏木宝力高庙组( 310. 2 ± 1. 9) Ma 和( 303. 1 ± 1. 6) Ma 的凝灰岩加权平均年龄,获得阿巴嘎旗乌兰敖包剖面宝力高庙组( 304. 6 ± 5. 9) Ma 的凝灰岩加权平均年龄。结合古植物化石和前人的测年数据,认为宝力高庙组是形成于晚石炭世( —早二叠世? ) 长期不间断喷发( 323 ± 1. 4 Ma ~ 297 ± 1. 2 Ma) 的巨型火山岩带,经历了长达20 Ma 以上的火山活动历史,地层的发育主要受控于火山机构,缺乏统一的分组、分段基础。 |

Isotopic chronology of volcanics of Boligaomiao Formation in central and eastern Inner Mongolia |

Abstract:
Zircon U--Pb chronology of tuffs intercalating by fossil plants beds in the Baoligaomiao Formation
was carried out by laser ablation-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectromer ( LA--ICP--MS) in the Baolige Township,East Ujimuqin Banner and the Ulan Obo,Abaga Banner,Inner Mongolia,China. Two weighted average ages of ( 303. 1 ± 1. 6) Ma and ( 310. 2 ± 1. 9) Ma for two tuff samples ( NDB2 and NDB3) from the Baolige Township, East Ujimuqin Banner,and one weighted average age of ( 304. 6 ± 5. 9) Ma for the tuff sample ( AWB1) from Ulan Obo,Abaga Banner were obtained. Based on the associated plant fossils and previous dating results,it is suggested that the Baoligaomiao Formation was formed in the Late Carboniferous ( Early Permian?) ,being a huge volcanic rock belt with a long-term un-interrupted eruption ( 323 ± 1. 4 Ma ~ 297 ± 1. 2 Ma) . The volcanic eruption lasted over 20 Ma. Since the lithology and distribution was mainly controlled by volcanic mechanisms,and lack of obvious volcanic intermittents,there is no scientific support for the subdivision of the Baoligaomiao Formation on the level of
member and formation. |
