当使用传统的观测模式观测 GPS 控制点较难达到预期的精度要求时，可以利用参考站高精度的坐标作为静态 GPS 网的起算点进行控制网布设。以山东省临沂市 D、E 级 GPS 控制网建立工程为例，介绍了使用基于 SDCORS 点观测模式布设 GPS 平面控制网的方法，并对控制网的精度进行了分析。得出基于 SDCORS 的点观测模式在 D、E 级 GPS 控制网的布设中应用是完全可行的结论。

The high- precision coordinates of reference station can be proposed as the starting points in the lay- out of static GPS control network when the traditional observation model is difficult to achieve the expected accuracy in GPS controlling points observation． Taken the construction of D and E grade GPS control network in Linyi City， Shandong Province as an example， the authors introduce the method of setting up GPS control network based on SD- CORS point observation mode and discuss the accuracy of the control network． It is concluded that the application of point observation mode based on SDCORS in D and E grade GPS control network is completely feasible．
