The Es3reservoir of Binhai area is a new field of deep oil-gas exploration in Huanghua depression�� The authors analyze the petrography��occurrence��homogenization temperature and GOI of fluid inclusions with the aim of determining the evolution of oil-gas accumulation�� The results show that there are three stages of hydrocarbon inclusion in the Es3reservoir��indicating three hydrocarbon charging histories�� The values of homogenization temperature and GOI from stage �� inclusion varied from 86�� to 126�� and from 15% to 35%��respectively��indica- ting the hydrocarbon charging occurred during 37 �� 25 Ma��with primary migration of oil and gas�� ��esults from stage �� inclusion��showed values of homogenization temperature and GOI from 120�� to 140�� and from 30% to 60%��respectively��suggesting hydrocarbon charging occurred during 27 ��12 Ma��the period was the most impor tant forming time of oil-gas reservoirs��which the source rock generated hydrocarbon in its maximum amount�� Val- ues of homogenization temperature and GOI from stage �� inclusion ranged from 138�� to 155�� and from 1% to 8%��respectively��implying that hydrocarbon charging occurred during 12 �� 6 Ma��migration of hydrocarbon re- duced rapidly��
