Erlian --Dongwuqi area with favorable metallogenic condition is located in the western part of Nangebi --Dongwuqi copper-polymetallic metallogenic belt in the Sino-Mongolia border region�� The authors choose C-2007-275 anomaly as example to study propesting methods��which is significant to the verify and prospecting for other anomalies�� The research of geological mapping��high-precision magnetic survey��soil geochemical��inducedpolarization sounding and remote sensing techniques show that the soil geochemical and geological survey provide importance mineral exploration cludes��and high-precision magnetic survey and induced polarization sounding inverse distribution information of geological body under ground�� Based on the surveying results��the work for aeromagnetic anomaly survey should contain multi-approach and multi-stage��which means the geological and soil geochemical surveys should be carried out firstly��followed by geophysical and deep-engineering explorations once the favorable mineral exploration information obtained��
