Calculated the drift of geo-statistical Universal Krige Model in time domain, a new form of the Universal Krige Model is obtained under the condition of unbiased estimator. Compared with the former one, the new model can present the space-time characteristics of data, become simp lified. This model is applicable to the estimation and prediction with long-term observation data and comparatively immovable observation position.
